All U.S. SHOOTOUT participants are required to stay at the Plaza Hotel. Special U.S. Shootout room rates available if booked prior to November 23, 2023.

RESERVATIONS

Once you have completed making your room reservations, please send an email to stalls@plazahotelcasino.com and include the following information:

1. Your First and Last Name that you provided for your room reservation (this information must match exactly with the information you provided for your room reservation).
2. The confirmation number that you were provided for your room reservation (please ensure that the confirmation number you are providing matches the confirmation that was provided to you in your confirmation email from the Plaza Hotel and Casino).
3. The total number of stalls you are requesting and the total number of nights for each stall (the total number of nights must correspond with the total number of nights on your room reservation).
4. Please indicate if you would like your stall to be covered or uncovered. (*STALLS ARE LIMITED – Availability of covered stalls are limited to 120 stalls and are made available on a first-come first- serve basis.)
5. Provide any stall location preferences in your email.   

*All room and stall sales are managed directly by the Plaza Hotel and Casino and NOT the US SHOOTOUT.  The US SHOOTOUT and its affiliates are not responsible for the sale and management of hotel and stall reservations and satisfying the guest(s) room or stall preferences is at the sole discretion of the Plaza Hotel and Casino. 

Stall reservations may be made only after registering for the US SHOOTOUT.  While the Plaza Hotel and Casino may accept the reservation, the reservation may be rejected if all riders have not registered for the US SHOOTOUT.  Visit www.usshootout.com to register.

All stall reservations must be made in advance directly with the Plaza Hotel and Casino.

You will need to provide your hotel confirmation number and which event you’re a participant to reserve stalls.

Covered — $65 per night
Uncovered — $50 per night
One time cleaning fee — $25 per stall
Oversized remote parking — $30 per day
Check in 4:00 Pm and check out is 11 AM

All horse trailer parking is in a designated offsite parking lot monitored by security. We strongly recommend that you or someone in your group reserve an extra stall for tack.

Downtown Christmas Rodeo Expo

Downtown Christmas Expo was created to draw more attention to quality Western products and talents. The carefully curated shopping event featured a diverse array of apparel and accessory designers, artisans, jewelers and Western couture.

The Expo showcases exclusive looks and products from Western industry vendors, including its top makers and trendsetters. Downtown Christmas Expo is a marquee part of the annual Western experience that takes place in Las Vegas every December. Admission is Free. Click here for More information:

Core Arena

CORE Arena is the very first and only permanent outdoor equestrian center in Downtown Las Vegas. The new location features two outdoor arenas for roping practice and exercise during the rodeo.

 

Shuttle Information

Shuttle during National Finals Rodeo dates: December 7-16, 2023
– Pre-Event Shuttle: 4pm-6pm
– Post-Event Shuttle: 8:15pm-10pm
Pick up/drop off location will be at The Plaza Welcome Sign (on Main St. and Carson Ave.)
